Interior  Liberty

The Three concupiscence are sensuality, avarice and pride: "All that is the world is the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life (1 Jn. 2:16). If these concupiscence are dominated and directed according to the Gospel, the soul becomes free and takes wing towards the God, loving Him with the observance of the two commandments: "You shall love the Lord with all your mind, all your heart, all your strength, all your soul"; and "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
